The Family Scholarship is given to one credit union member or family member of Hispanic heritage entering or attending any accredited University or College. The yearly deadline is May and the gift is paid in September. Submit the application to any Family Credit Union office.

The awards of these scholarships are based on (in this order):

-Academics
-Extracurricular Activities

Rock Island-Milan School District #41 is proud to welcome back Christina's Smile, a non-profit mobile dental care facility that provides free dental care to children in need.

The mobile facility will be at the Rock Island-Milan School Administration Building, 2101 6th Avenue (parking lot north side), from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on 7/9, 10 & 11. Children ages six to 15 who are income eligible (receiving free or reduced lunch) and in need of dental treatment may register.

Please contact Kim Colson at 309.793.5900 x210 no later than 5/15 for information and to apply for services. The dentists who volunteer their time perform extractions, fillings, root canal treatments, and provide crowns and sealants.
